職位描述

Responsibilities:

  • Greet, receive and farewell guests at Entrance and Reception
  • Plan table placements and escort guests to their tables
  • Familiarize with check in procedure and admission instruction, table arrangement, as well as taking charge of the guest recognition program in the lounge
  • Promote various services and facilities of our airport lounges to guests, ensure able to deals with guest requests and complaints promptly and effectively
  • Constantly aware of the flow of the lounge, assist service staff to set, clear and serve the tables whenever necessary
  • Carry out regular checks of all areas of the Lounge
  • Furnish in-house information to guests in order to promote sales
  • Anticipates guests’ needs and exceeds guests’ expectations
  • Possess and convey effective communication with guests, kitchen and service teams
  • Assist in supervising the guest service team to carry out daily operations to meet the high quality service standard
  • Provide an excellent and consistent level of service to guests
  • Establish and review Standard Operation Procedures to upgrade the service level
  • To undertake other reasonable jobs assigned by Manager from time to time
  • Work with the Guest Service Officers to ensure recognition of VIP / Repeat guests and work on a system to record their preferences

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or Airport Operations or related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years solid customer service experience with a hospitality/travel related background, preferably in Hotels or Airport services.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Mature, proactive, service-oriented and attentive to detail
  • In-depth knowledge of the Airport Operations / leisure / tourism
  • Strong customer service mentality with superior interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively under demanding operational conditions
  • Work independently with minimal supervision coupled with good decision-making skills
  • Be passionate about the operations and motivate the team to achieve high level of performance and exceed targets
  • Shift duties are required
  • Work location : Airport
